May 2009 - 'The London Rings - Solti to Pappano' A celebration, organised by The Wagner Society and The Mastersingers, of the rich history of performances of Wagner’s epic 'Ring of the Nibelungs' by British and British-based performers, conductors and directors over the last five decades October 2007 - Brundibár by Hans Krasá A production of the Czech opera for children, in a new English translation, by specialist children's opera company Jubilee Opera in association with Mahogany Opera November 2009 - 'Let's Make An Opera' A new production, by Jubilee Opera, of Benjamin Britten's entertainment for young people called 'Let's Make an Opera' which includes his opera 'The Little Sweep'. The production marked the 60th anniversary of the first performance, also at the Jubilee Hall. (Note - this is obviously only a very small selection of past events held in the hall, which will be added to progressively and retrospectively)
